Time, Talent, and Treasure |
|
Dear Friends of All Saints’,
Now is an ideal time to ponder the question, “What shall I return to the Lord for all of God’s bounty to me?” Psalm 116:12.
Stewardship has been defined as: “what I do with all that I have after I say I believe.” We are, therefore, stewards of God's gifts during our lifetime. Discerning and carrying out God's will is the primary purpose of our lives. The gifts we have been given: time, talent, and money, are to be used for that purpose.
Quite simply, your annual pledging is what allows this parish of more than 900 families to exist and operate. At All Saints’ we rely completely on each other for support, as there is no endowment or tax base. Consider today how you respond to the gifts that God shares so freely with you. We are asking you to commit some of your treasure to support the programs that will meet the needs and desires of the All Saints’ community. It is your support that will enable us to carry out God’s work. We urge you to be a Steward of All Saints’ and a vital part of the community. If you are a regular supporter, we thank you and challenge you to join us in increasing the amount of your gift.
Thank you and God Bless!
