A LETTER FROM YOUR
STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE
October 2007
Dear Fellow Parishioners,
Within the past several weeks, you have likely received a telephone call from one of the Stewardship Campaign committee members, reaching out to you about the many ministries in our very alive Parish community, and the goal of 100% of us committing to All Saints’, in the form of a pledge. If you have not received a call, it is because the church has outdated information on file, and we encourage you to call Shelley Dudley in the church office to update the records.
As we move toward our goal of 100% participation in the pledge drive, we again emphasize that the size of your pledge should be in keeping with your ability to give, based upon your own means and spiritual reflection. Each pledge, regardless of amount, signals a commitment on your part to our cherished All Saints’.
As our committee has reached out and spoken with most all of you (or left a message), the overwhelming majority of these connections have been positive and affirming. What we have learned is that All Saints’ is a place of spiritual nourishment for many, a place of solitude and reflection for others, a place to rediscover faith, and a place to gather together in Christ’s community for all. How blessed we are to have this special place to greet one another and our God in worship.
We look forward to hearing back from you and receiving your pledge. In the meantime, should you wish to speak with any one of us on the Committee, please do not hesitate to call.
With sincere appreciation and thanks,
The All Saints’ Stewardship Committee
