Choral Evensong
Continuing in the rich tradition of Anglican worship, Evensong will be sung the Second Sunday

of the month beginning October. Organ Recital at 6:30pm and Service at 7:00pm. This glorious, candlelit service creates a time of great stillness and spirit as people are uplifted by the sheer beauty of choral music and the spoken word. The service is sung and incense used in the tradition of the English Church and Benedictine monastic communities. The psalms and scripture readings are drawn from the Daily Office lectionary, joining with others in the Episcopal Church throughout the country. As always, music will be led by the Women’s Chant Choir and a reception follows the service in the narthex.
