“Let all guests who arrive be received like Christ”
The Rule of St. Benedict, Chapter 53
St. Benedict’s great contribution to the Christian spiritual tradition is his conviction that it is through community that one grows into a deeper relationship with God in Christ. We at All Saints’ wholeheartedly agree and in keeping with St. Benedict’s emphasis on the spirit of Christian hospitality, we welcome everyone and encourage them to become members of the Body of Christ with us at this time and place.
Our great desire is for everyone who comes in the door to catch the same Spirit as the first Christian community and to devote “themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” (Acts of the Apostles 2:42)
